Superior Land Preservation, LLC was founded in 2003
with a core belief in "Developing with a Conscience." Preservation and
enhancement of the natural landscape with minimum impact on local
wildlife is at the heart of every project.Our office is located in
Scandia, Minnesota, the site of the state's first Swedish settlement
established in 1850. The founders were attracted to the rural
character of Scandia and the neighboring town of Marine on St. Croix.
They felt a strong need to be leaders in the open space conservation
developments to preserve this national treasure located in the state
of Minnesota.
Superior Land Preservation, LLC holds many Minnesota properties
located on Big Marine Lake in Scandia, Lutsen Mountain, and the
pristine North Shore of Lake Superior.
